Long Term Rental

• We are not a permanent residence park. Only allowed as a "vacation" home, seasonal (example April-October).

​

•  All campers/RV's must be clean, in good condition and working order. NO WINDOW UNIT AC, OUTSIDE HOT WATER HEATERS, TARPS, ETC. We reserve the right to refuse service to a camper based on its age or appearance, based on our sole judgement.

​

• NO MAIL OR PACKAGE DELIVERY FOR GUESTS IN THE PARK. NO SCHOOL BUS PICK UP OR DROP OFF.

• 2 vehicles per site. Any trailers must fit within your site or park in overflow parking. (Southwest Side of park)

• ​We charge a site fee per month. We do not recognize a Landlord-Tenant relationship. 

​

• We are a quiet, low-key park. No loud or late partying!

​

• You are not guaranteed that you can stay as long as you'd like, although we will do our best based upon availability and future reservations.  If rules are not followed or our property respected, you will be asked to leave. 

​

• Sites must be kept clean, with minimal items outside RV. It must look like you are there for the weekend.
